One of the ways that you can help yourself is to create a website or blog then you can put up a paypal donation button.

You can start creating your own blog for free by going to:

You would be quite amazed at the number of people that have a blog with a button for paypal donations.  Some of these sites even have a "tip" jar on the site.

However I should emphasize that in order to be able to get money with paypal you have to have a bank account and credit card.
